Meet Miley, affectionately known as “Smiley Miley” by the SPCA staff, is a delightful girl with a gentle spirit. Though she can be a bit timid when meeting new people and exploring unfamiliar surroundings, don’t let her initial shyness fool you! Once she gets past the first introduction, she warms up quickly and becomes the biggest snuggler.
