Registration for the 2025 event is now closed.
Trade Show Info:
Date: Sunday, January 19, 2025 at the Pomeroy Hotel
Setup time: Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, January 19, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Trade Show: Sunday, January 19, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Booth Spaces:
– 10’x10’ booth, 8’x8’ booth, and 6’ table.
– Power available at additional cost.
– Each booth comes with one table, two chairs and a white linen tablecloth.
10’x10′ booths are $399, 8’x8′ booths are $299, and 6′ tables in the lobby are $199. Extra tables are $15 each and are only available for booths. Power at your booth is another $15.
Booth Location:
We will begin calling on December 9th for applicants to pick their booth location. This will be done in the order that we received the registrations. So get your application in now!
NOTE: Applications are processed in the order they are received.
Booth Information:
You are required to bring your own signage, extension cords and adhesive for signage (No staples, tacks or tape). Vendors will receive a 50% refund up to 3 weeks prior to the show. No refunds will be given 3 weeks or less prior to the show. Booths can be shared by two vendors for an extra fee of $75 per booth/table. A maximum of two vendors per booth.
